You’re not a number
Focused appointments, clear explanations, no rushed conveyor-belt care.
Chiropractic care that addresses the root cause of what you’re feeling, so you can move with confidence again.

Focused appointments, clear explanations, no rushed conveyor-belt care.
Get aligned, release tight tissue, and rebuild movement patterns.
We connect posture, joints, muscles, and daily habits, because it’s all related.

You shouldn’t have to choose between toughing it out and taking pills forever.
Let’s find what’s driving the problem and get you back to moving and feeling whole, at work, in the gym, and at home.
Gentle, specific adjustments can help restore motion, reduce irritation, and support a healthier nervous system response, so your body can move the way it was designed to.

Muscle tension and trigger points can keep you stuck in pain loops. Soft tissue work helps reduce guarding, improve range of motion, and make adjustments “stick.”

Posture isn’t about “standing up straight” all day, it’s about strength, mobility, and better movement options. We’ll work on the patterns that keep pulling you back into pain.

If you’ve got a nagging injury (or one that keeps reappearing), rehab bridges the gap between “it hurts” and “I’m solid again.” Expect progressions you can measure.

Dr. Lawrence's path into chiropractic began personally: after dealing with debilitating high school sports injuries, he experienced the impact of skilled chiropractic care firsthand. That recovery sparked a commitment to learn evidence-informed, results-driven techniques that address more than symptoms.

Answers to what you need to know before your first appointment.
We’re a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance. This keeps care simple, transparent, and focused on what you actually need, without outside restrictions on visit length, frequency, or approach.
The initial assessment exam will be around $160, and then the remainder of the visits fall between $65–$95 (typically around $85), depending on what your case demands. We’ll always tell you the price up front, with no surprise billing.
Insurance often comes with strict rules about what can be done, how long visits can be, and how many visits are “allowed.” By staying cash-based, we can keep your plan personalized, efficient, and straightforward, without paperwork getting between you and results.
It depends on your history, how long it’s been going on, and your goals. Some people feel significant relief in a few visits; others benefit most from a short plan over several weeks. After your first visit, we’ll recommend a plan and adjust it based on how you respond.
Adjustments are gentle and specific. You might hear a crack or pop, but that's just gas releasing from the joints. Soft tissue work can feel tender if muscles are tight, but we work at your pace.
Common reasons people visit include:
- Low back pain and sciatica-type symptoms
- Neck pain and headaches
- Shoulder, hip, and knee restrictions
- “Tight” muscles that keep coming back
- Overuse and sports-related issues
(If we think you need imaging or a specialist, we’ll tell you.)
Most people haven't had a plan that addresses the root cause. We look at alignment, muscle patterns, and daily habits together. That's usually where the answer lives.
We’ll be honest about that. If it looks like you need imaging, medical evaluation, or a different specialist, we’ll refer you in the right direction.
Book your first visit and we’ll map out the fastest, smartest path back to moving well.
