Who we help

in all walks of life

What we do

A better plan than
“just live with it.”

You shouldn’t have to choose between toughing it out and taking pills forever.
Let’s find what’s driving the problem and get you back to moving and feeling whole, at work, in the gym, and at home.

1
Spinal adjustment
Reset

Improve alignment and mobility

Gentle, specific adjustments can help restore motion, reduce irritation, and support a healthier nervous system response, so your body can move the way it was designed to.

2
Soft tissue therapy
Release

Loosen tight muscles and calm overworked tissue

Muscle tension and trigger points can keep you stuck in pain loops. Soft tissue work helps reduce guarding, improve range of motion, and make adjustments “stick.”

3
Postural correction
Rebuild

Posture + movement coaching that fits real life

Posture isn’t about “standing up straight” all day, it’s about strength, mobility, and better movement options. We’ll work on the patterns that keep pulling you back into pain.

4
Injury rehabilitation
Return

Rehab plans to get you back to training and work

If you’ve got a nagging injury (or one that keeps reappearing), rehab bridges the gap between “it hurts” and “I’m solid again.” Expect progressions you can measure.

Meet the Dr.

Dr. Lawrence Donnelly

Certified in NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) and Professional Applied Kinesiology (PAK)

Acupuncture (100-hour training)

Bio-Systems Integration

Hear from the People

I sprained my ankle dancing - at my own wedding!!! This was a recurring injury, due to a motor accident three years ago.  Luckily, Lawrence was a wedding guest, and after working on it for 40 minutes, he got me back on my feet.  I could walk normally the next day, and I have not had a single twinge with that ankle ever since.  Thank you, Lawrence!

"My wife has been plagued with recurring severe headaches for years, and is only now seeing considerable improvement in her condition after just a few adjustments."
"Lawrence put my back through the ringer, and what has been continual back issues for years is now greatly improved."

Frequently asked Questions

Answers to what you need to know before your first appointment.

Do you take insurance?

We’re a cash-based clinic and do not bill insurance. This keeps care simple, transparent, and focused on what you actually need, without outside restrictions on visit length, frequency, or approach.

How much does it cost?

The initial assessment exam will be around $160, and then the remainder of the visits fall between $65–$95 (typically around $85), depending on what your case demands. We’ll always tell you the price up front, with no surprise billing.

Why don’t you take insurance?

Insurance often comes with strict rules about what can be done, how long visits can be, and how many visits are “allowed.” By staying cash-based, we can keep your plan personalized, efficient, and straightforward, without paperwork getting between you and results.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your history, how long it’s been going on, and your goals. Some people feel significant relief in a few visits; others benefit most from a short plan over several weeks. After your first visit, we’ll recommend a plan and adjust it based on how you respond.

Will it hurt?

Adjustments are gentle and specific. You might hear a crack or pop, but that's just gas releasing from the joints. Soft tissue work can feel tender if muscles are tight, but we work at your pace.

What conditions do you commonly help with?

Common reasons people visit include:

- Low back pain and sciatica-type symptoms
- Neck pain and headaches
- Shoulder, hip, and knee restrictions
- “Tight” muscles that keep coming back
- Overuse and sports-related issues

(If we think you need imaging or a specialist, we’ll tell you.)

What if I've tried everything?

Most people haven't had a plan that addresses the root cause. We look at alignment, muscle patterns, and daily habits together. That's usually where the answer lives.

What if chiropractic isn’t the right fit for me?

We’ll be honest about that. If it looks like you need imaging, medical evaluation, or a different specialist, we’ll refer you in the right direction.
